What is actually in the routine.
-
What is in the Foliv routine?
Three products. The Hair Oil primes the scalp with castor, rosemary, argan, peppermint, and a liposomal vitamin complex. The Hair Growth Serum delivers actives directly to the follicle (rosemary, ginger, Densidyl marine complex, vitamins C and E). The Hair, Skin and Nails Essentials capsule supplies internal support, including 5000 mcg of biotin and a ten-botanical blend. -
Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. The capsules use a vegetarian shell. None of the products are tested on animals, and all actives are plant-derived or cosmetic-grade vitamin formulations. -
Where are the products made?
All three products are manufactured in the United States in FDA-registered facilities, using globally sourced ingredients. The labels follow DSHEA and FDA cosmetic guidelines. -
Why is the routine three products instead of one?
Each product targets a different part of the follicle cycle. The oil prepares the scalp environment. The serum delivers actives at the follicle. The capsule supplies the nutrient inputs the follicle uses when it grows. They work harder together than any one of them alone. -
What is the difference between the bundle and the individual products?
The bundle is the same three products in one purchase, priced lower than buying each separately. If you only want one or two steps, the individual products are available on their own product pages.
What you can expect, and what you cannot.

When will I see results?
Allow 90 days. The hair follicle cycle is roughly that long, and any routine needs one full cycle before its effect can be honestly judged. The 90-day mark is when you can begin to honestly assess the routine, anything sooner is guessing. We do not promise a specific outcome on a specific timeline. We promise the routine is consistent, and consistency is what biology rewards. -
I am already using a prescription topical for hair loss. Should I add Foliv?
If you are using a prescription topical, our practical guidance is to add the capsule for internal support and skip the serum to avoid stacking two scalp-active topicals. The hair oil can be used on rest days if you want to add scalp prep. We are not a drug, we do not replace your prescription, and any change to your medication routine should go through your prescriber. -
Is the routine designed for women?
The routine is unisex by design. The actives target mechanisms (microcirculation, follicle environment, nutrient adequacy) that apply broadly. Women experiencing diffuse thinning, including stress-related or postpartum patterns, are part of who we built this for. As with any nutritional supplement, anyone pregnant, nursing, or under medical care should check with their doctor before starting. -
Will it work for my hair type?
The actives work on the scalp and the follicle, not on the hair shaft, so the routine is texture-agnostic. Fine, medium, thick, coily, and curly hair all respond to better follicle conditions. Application volume varies a bit by hair density (less oil for fine hair, more for thick or coily), and the welcome email sequence walks through that. -
Does the routine cause shedding when I start?
The follicle cycle can produce a mild shedding bump in the first two to four weeks for some people. This happens because follicles in their resting phase are nudged toward releasing the old hair and starting a new cycle. It is a normal part of how the cycle resets, it is temporary, and it is one of the reasons we tell you to allow ninety days before judging. -
What if I do not see results in 90 days?
Email us. If the routine is not doing anything for you after one full cycle, we want to know. There may be an underlying cause that a topical and a capsule cannot reach (thyroid, ferritin, autoimmune, certain medications), and the next conversation should be with a dermatologist or your doctor. We will not pretend our routine fixes a medical issue.
How ordering and shipping work.
-
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed in your account. Pause, skip a delivery, or cancel in two clicks. No phone calls, no win-back emails, no friction. -
How often does the subscription ship?
The bundle ships every thirty days (a one-month supply). Individual product subscriptions ship every thirty days, 60-days for the hair oil. You can adjust the cadence in your account settings. -
How fast is shipping?
Orders ship from our US fulfillment partner within one to three business days. Standard shipping reaches most US addresses within five to seven business days. International shipping is currently disabled while we sort out duties and pricing. -
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Email hello@foliv.me with a photo within seven days of delivery. We will replace it at no cost. -
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
If the routine genuinely isn't right for you, email us within 30 days. We refund first orders. After a full cycle, we'll talk about what's actually going on before we touch the second cycle.

Who is behind Foliv?
Andre, a solo founder. I started Foliv because I noticed something in the mirror at twenty-six and could not find a routine that felt honest about what hair-care can and cannot do. The brand is built around what I would have wanted someone to tell me at that moment. -
Why do you avoid making regrowth claims?
Because we are a dietary supplement and a cosmetic, not a drug. The FDA reserves disease and regrowth claims for products that have gone through drug-approval trials. Our routine is supportive and ingredient-led, and the honest framing is the brand. If we said more than the science supports, we would be no better than the brands we built this in contrast to. -
How can I get in touch?
Email hello@foliv.me. We read every message, usually answer within twenty-four hours, and there is no support tier system. The same person who built the brand is the one writing back. -
Do you have a referral or affiliate program?
Not yet. When we launch one, it will be the kind we would want to be part of. In the meantime, the most useful thing you can do is share what you actually think after you have used the routine for a cycle.
