SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION POLICY

Some Foliv products are available as a subscription. This policy explains how subscriptions work and how to change or cancel one.

If you choose a subscription, your products ship and bill automatically on the cadence you select at checkout: the Bundle, Serum, and Capsules every 30 days; the Hair Oil every 60 days. Your payment method is stored securely and charged for each delivery.

You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account dashboard or the links in your order confirmation emails, with no fees and no phone calls. Any order already shipped or billed before your cancellation takes effect is final, and the next scheduled order will not bill or ship.
