30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order only. If your first order is not right for you, email us at hello@foliv.me within 30 days of delivery to request a refund. This guarantee applies once per customer and does not apply to repeat orders, subscription shipments, or any order after your first.
Because our products are consumable, you do not need to send them back to receive a refund under this guarantee. A discount applied at checkout (for example, a launch or founder code) does not disqualify your first order.
WHAT REFUNDS COVER
Refunds under this guarantee cover the product price only, with no restocking fee. Shipping you paid at checkout is non-refundable; bundle orders ship free and are refunded in full. Gift cards are non-refundable.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscription orders are not covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee. You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your dashboard; any order already shipped before a cancellation takes effect is final, and the next scheduled order will not bill or ship.
DAMAGED, WRONG, OR LOST ITEMS
These are handled under our Shipping Policy, not this guarantee. In short: email hello@foliv.me within 7 days of the carrier's recorded delivery date with a photo and your order number, and we will make it right after verifying the claim.
HOW REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, email hello@foliv.me.
