- 60 caps, 30-day supply
- Vegetarian capsules
- FDA-registered facility
- Biotin 5000 mcg
Twenty-three nutrients. One follicle.
A full vitamin and mineral panel plus a ten-botanical blend, dosed at the levels research actually supports. Not a kitchen-sink stack. A follicle-specific one.
-
Active 01
Biotin (B7), 5000 mcg
Cofactor for keratin synthesis, the structural protein in hair, skin, and nails. The dose most clinicians cite as effective without being excessive.
Patel et al., 2017. Biotin in hair and nail growth, systematic review.
-
Active 02
Zinc
Modulates 5-alpha reductase, the enzyme implicated in androgenetic thinning. Also supports follicle cycling.
Park et al., 2009. Serum zinc in alopecia patients.
-
Active 03
Botanical blend
PABA, horsetail, Fo-Ti, bamboo extract, saw palmetto, plant sterols, alfalfa, barley grass, spirulina, stinging nettle. A traditional-medicine stack with structure-function support.
Compiled traditional-medicine and modern in-vitro literature.
-
Active 04
Vitamin D, 800 IU
Vitamin D receptors live on the follicle itself. Adequate D status correlates with healthier follicle cycling and thicker output.
Daroach et al., 2018. Vitamin D status and hair loss correlation.
-
Active 05
Iron, 14.5 mg
Carries oxygen to the follicle bed. Low ferritin is one of the most common nutritional deficiencies behind diffuse thinning.
Trost et al., 2006. Iron deficiency and hair loss.
Two with breakfast. Every morning.
Internal support shows up slower than topicals. Three months in, you will notice it in your nails first.

01
Two with breakfast
Two capsules, with food, in the morning. Food helps absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E).
-
02
Same time daily
Consistency matters more than the time of day. Pair the dose with something you already do every morning. Coffee, brushing teeth, opening your laptop.
-
03
Allow 90 days
Internal support shows up slower than topicals. Three months in, you will notice it in your nails first, then your hair.
The follicle gets fed before it grows.
The serum and oil work on the scalp environment. The capsule works on the inputs the follicle actually consumes when it cycles. Biotin, iron, zinc, botanicals.
What people ask before they commit.
-
Why two capsules instead of one?
The dosing requires it. Compressing 5000 mcg of biotin, a full vitamin and mineral panel, and a botanical blend into one capsule means smaller, less effective doses or a capsule too large to swallow. Two is the right size at the right strength. -
I already take a multivitamin, do I need this?
Not necessarily. If your multi covers biotin at 2,500 to 5,000 mcg, has zinc and iron, and a follicle-relevant botanical stack, you may already be covered. Most generic multis are not formulated for hair specifically. This one is. -
Will it interact with my medications?
Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before adding any supplement. High-dose biotin can interfere with certain lab tests (thyroid panels, troponin). Let your provider know if you are getting blood work done. -
Will it work without the serum and oil?
It works on its own as internal support. It works harder as part of the routine. The topicals address the scalp environment while the capsule supplies the building blocks from within. -
Can women take it?
Yes. The formula is balanced for both, and the iron, biotin, and folate content are particularly supportive for women experiencing diffuse or stress-related thinning. Pregnant or nursing, talk to your doctor first.
